Jason Newsted on myspace
Ex-Metallica bassist, Jason Newsted, has a new myspace page. I’ve always thought Jason was one of the nicest guys in heavy metal. Someone with infectious enthusiasm who would do everything to please the fans. We used to joke that he would be the one chasing the fans so he could sign his autograph for them. Pity he had to leave Metallica when he did. I felt the band was worse off with his departure.
